Uniforms range in price based on a few factors: size & class selection. The average uniform purchase is between $55-$175 per student. The need for the different styles of shoes is the largest price increase factor. We work hard to bring you quality products at a reasonable price. Please do not purchase items from another source as students will not be permitted to wear them. We required uniformity from head to toe. Items are sized, ordered, and charged as a student needs them for added convenience.
The standard student enrolled in multiple styles will need the following:
Hair in a Secure & Tidy Bun
All Black High-Tops
Students are expected to have a clean and tidy bun, wear deodorant, and have all uniform items freshly laundered and free from holes between sessions.
Acro classes will also need the following supplies:

POLICIES & CODE OF CONDUCT
No photos or videos are to be taken at any time without case by case permission from RBPAC Staff & all persons being captured. Parents are not permitted inside the studio during class time. Office hours are available for in-person assistance by appointment only. All parents are encouraged to use their child's time in class to run errands and take some time for themselves, we have very limited space for parents to wait in the studio. We believe that independence is a major key to success as a performer and that having a class environment free from distractions is essential. Additionally, we find that students operate differently under pressure and are often hesitant to try new things when someone they wish to please is watching. As such, STUDENTS ONLY are permitted in the RBPAC classroom. For the reasons listed, and due to the State of California COVID-19 guidelines, this policy will be strictly enforced. This is especially pertinent for our youngest students.
Dance shoes are to be worn in the studio only. Students must wear slip-on street shoes upon entering and exiting the building. All items students bring to the studio must be labeled with their names and kept in a well-labeled dance bag. Students are to place their street shoes in the provided cubbies during class, dance bags will be placed in their personal dance space during class, please keep the size of the bag as small as possible to adequately hold only absolutely necessary items for class. Please do not bring toys or non-essential items to class. Red Bluff Performing Arts Centre is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Items left unclaimed at the studio discarded/donated.
Students are permitted to have a small, healthy, and clean snack for classes that last over 2 hours during breaks only. Snacks must be enjoyed outside of the building and hands must be washed before and after eating. All students must bring water to each session clearly labeled with their name. Student's who do not bring water will be given water for an additional charge of $1.07 per day. Which will be assessed to the parent account and due by the first of each month.

We don't accept the phrase "I Can't" from any of our students. We believe that anyone who works hard, has patience, and is consistent can and will succeed. "I Can't" means you believe you never will, so we employ different training incentives to retrain our student's vocabulary and mindset into one designed for growth and success. "I Can't" = 5 Push-Ups!
PRICING, FEES & FUNDING
Tuition is due by the first class of the semester. Tuition is for lessons ONLY. All other activities and events are charged separately. Please review our current class fee schedule for rates.
Tuition is charged on a semester schedule and is due in full upon enrollment. Payments may be broken into installments. A credit card and signed payment contract must be on file. As such, months with scheduled closures are factored into the total price and full payment is due with each installment. Please review our annual schedule of closures before registering for classes.
Classes that for ANY REASON cannot be conducted in person will be made available online either via BAND live-stream, pre-recorded video, Meets (two-way video call), or the like, and no financial credit or refunds will be made, fees for the semester will be due in full. If you do not have reliable internet for streaming/video chat functions you may provide us with a flash drive (minimum of 10GB) to load class video content onto. If you wish for the device to be mailed to you, your account will be charged any applicable shipping charges for doing so. If your student is not attending in a “live” format, we require that you submit a video of the requested class material as homework no later than one week after the class has been completed by your student so your teacher can give feedback. Videos should be submitted directly to the teacher of your class via the BAND chat function.
There is an annual* insurance/registration fee of $30 per student that must be paid before any classes can be taken. (*Billed at the time of registration and then annually each August.)
Tuition can be paid online through your parent portal by card or in person during normal business hours by cash (checks are not accepted) or through Venmo (@RBPAC). Otherwise, we will automatically charge your full account balance on the 1st of each month with the credit card on file in your parent portal. It is your responsibility to check your balance and dispute any incorrect charges before your card is charged on the first of the month. WE DO NOT SEND OUT CHARGE REMINDERS FOR AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. If your payment is not received before the 1st of the month or is reversed for any reason (you will also be charged any associated bank fees for the reversal of the charges, when applicable), you will be charged a $25 late fee per separate line item/category for every calendar month left unpaid, from the original due date, and the student will not be allowed to participate until the account is paid in full AND a valid credit card is on file. If an account is left unpaid for more than 60 days it may be sent to collections. No classes may be taken until the student's tuition installment has been paid in full.
We do not provide paper statements. If you wish to request a paper statement you may do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and an additional $1 charge per statement will be added to your account, payable at the time of your monthly tuition installment.
If a student decides to discontinue lessons mid-semester FULL PAYMENT of the season's/semester's tuition will be charged to the credit card on file. Written statements of withdrawal (Add/Drop Forms) from the program must be submitted on paper to our office staff 30 days prior to cancellation to avoid being charged for the next semester. Lessons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of each semester/season. You are paying for the reservation of your space for the season as agreed to in your Payment Agreement.
Class audits are for those who would like to try a class before they commit to a semester/season or cannot attend regularly.

Private Lessons are available for any style with any teacher. Availability is contingent upon the instructor's personal schedule. To schedule, a private lesson full payment of the lesson must be received upon booking paid to the studio in your parent portal account. Lessons once paid are non-refundable but may be transferred to an account credit if canceled in a timely manner according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made no less than 48hours in advance or full payment will be kept.
