Once your order is placed you will be sent an email to set up your package pick up appointment on/afterJanuary 11th. (Masks are required for all persons, at all times while visiting our studio.)
Please refer to the sizing guide and how-to-measure video for accurate ordering. Refunds are not offered and size exchanges will only be accepted if items are new, unworn, in their original packaging, up to 7 days after the pick-up appointment.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, nor issue refunds. Packages must be picked up on December 11th, 2020 from 446 Walnut St, Red Bluff, CA 96080, by appointment only. Appoinments can be made by emailing redbluffpac@live.com after purchase. Exchanges must be made within 45 days of December 11th, 2020. Merchandise is only available for exchange in new, unopened, unworn, undamaged, and saleable condition.
